Do you work in heritage-listed homes?
Yes. We plan cable routes and fittings to avoid damage to original ceilings and walls. Any planning permit questions sit with the owner and council.
What electrical goes into a new bathroom?
Typically lighting, an exhaust fan or heat, fan and light unit, a heated towel rail and power for the vanity. We rough these in before tiling.
Can you get into apartment buildings with restricted access?
Yes. We work with building managers on access, parking and lift bookings, and plan the job so it’s done in as few visits as possible.
How disruptive is rewiring an older home?
It depends on roof and floor access. We plan routes first and can rewire in stages so parts of the house stay in use.
