Do you work in heritage-listed homes?
Yes. We plan cable routes and fittings to avoid damage to original ceilings and walls. Any planning permit questions sit with the owner and council.
Do I need owners corporation approval?
For work inside your own apartment, usually not. Anything touching common property, risers or shared boards generally does, and we can help with the details they ask for.
Do you work on shops and offices?
Yes. We handle fit-outs, LED lighting upgrades, emergency and exit lighting and maintenance, and can plan work around trading hours.
How disruptive is rewiring an older home?
It depends on roof and floor access. We plan routes first and can rewire in stages so parts of the house stay in use.
