Can you get into apartment buildings with restricted access?
Yes. We work with building managers on access, parking and lift bookings, and plan the job so it’s done in as few visits as possible.
Will a rewire damage period features?
We plan cable routes to limit disturbance to ceilings, cornices and walls, and discuss any patching needed before we start.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We can quote to the owner or agent, arrange access with tenants, and send the paperwork once the job is done.
