Cooling a narrow terrace
In a terrace the living area and bedrooms are often on different levels, and side access may be limited. We usually place indoor units on internal walls and the outdoor unit at the rear, on the ground, a bracket or the roof.

What Prahran customers ask for
Most jobs are one of these. We also install ducted systems up to approximately 18 kW where a house has the roof space.
Prahran questions
Can the outdoor unit go on the roof?
Sometimes, if there is safe access for installation and servicing. We look at the options before quoting.
What about a heritage-listed street?
If your property has a heritage overlay, check with the City of Stonnington about outdoor equipment. We will plan around the requirements.
